In February 2011 we were greatly honoured to be invited to a Contact Seminar held at the residence of the British Embassy, located at Gelly y Obes 2333, Ciudad de Buenos Aires.This meeting aimed to take part in the well-known Project called "Connecting Classrooms" which links UK schools with schools of other countries. This time we were selected for this task.
During the seminar, we had the opportunity to meet our colleagues in the UK and develop plans for collaborative projects.
What is Connecting Classrooms?
British Council Connecting Classrooms builds lasting partnerships between groups of schools in the UK and around the world.
Through these partnerships, the programme develops trust and understanding between different communities, and gives young people the skills and cultural awareness they need to live and work in a global society.
