Celebrating Christmas.

Escuela 21 DE 17 "Rompehielos Gral. san Martín"

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Escuela 21 DE 17 "Rompehielos Gral. san Martín"

We watched the film "Wall-E" and after that we started thinking on how to take care of our home: the Earth. Students in 6th form were worried about the climate change so they investigated to what extent human activities influence or accelerate that change.
Other students thought that we should do something to reduce pollution and they decided to create toys from recycled materials.
In 3rd and 4th form, we reflected on the importance of our planet's priceless resource: water. We studied the water cycle and we discussed some tips in order to avoid wasting it.

PROJECT PART II - CLIMATE CHANGE
Think about the environment. Help us!

THINK GREEN, PLANT A TREE” project  has been an extraordinary experience for the kids. I could see the joy of them who want to do something for the environment  and learn valuable environmental lessons through a tree planting session.  The students were extremely happy to participate with the help of their teachers and parents. These trees will bring multiple benefits to our school and to the neighbourhood environment.

ESCUELA 25 DE 18 " Estados Unidos de América."

We have watched the movie " The Lorax" to start working on the climate change and the destruction of Nature. We must speak for the trees!!! We are the guardians of the trees! Be one of us!

ESCUELA 25 DE 18 " Estados Unidos de América"

Kids at school are really worried about the effect of the climate change on animals. So they did research on the animals in danger of extinction around the world. Then they told us about them in class.
